All users and owners of Migration are required to be aware of, and to follow this procedure in the event of a personal data breach. All staff are responsible for reporting any personal data breach to the Data Protection Officer / Head of IT (CIO)

Migration reports any personal data breach or security incident to the data controller without undue delay. These contact details are recorded in the Internal Breach Register (GDPR REC 4.5). Migration provides the controller with all of the details of the breach.
The breach notification is made by email and phone call. A confirmation of receipt is made by email and phone call.

The services offered by Migration are not directed at children under 16 years old. The use of any of our services is only allowed with the valid consent of a parent or a guardian. If we receive information from a child under 16 years old, we reserve the right to delete it.
