Applicants need to register on the University of Mumbai migration portal with his/her personal & educational details like name, address, PRN, college & course name & Upload all the necessary documents.
Once all the details are input, the applicant needs to check all the details inputted & then proceed for payment. Your application for a migration certificate is complete at a convenience of a click.

Once the application is complete on the University of Mumbai’s migration portal, an email is sent to the home college with the Transfer certificate uploaded by the Applicant. Only after the verification from the home college, the applicant’s migration certificate is sent for printing.

Transfer certificate/Leaving certificate, PRN NO., Enrolment letter (If no PRN Number is generated) (University of Mumbai), Latest marksheet, passport size photograph. All the documents are to be uploaded in png, jpg or pdf only. The file size should be 5MB. All documents have to be uploaded in original. In case of Photocopy/ Xerox copies being uploaded, Attestation is mandatory. Documents like Bonafide Letter, Leaving Certificate & Transfer Certificate should be issued within the last 6 months.
